Graphical Glitch #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Opening large GRUPs for Cells, and either modifying or deleting navmesh or 
landscape records will cause this graphical glitch shown in the picture. 
Scrolling way too fast can do it too, but it will correct itself immediately, 
however, the former cause will lock the glitch in place and I have to scroll 
away for the glitch to disappear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.28 Windows 7 64bit

Even clicking on Navmeshes in the left window will cause the glitch.

Can't reproduce. Looks like hardware/OS dependent.
Anyway xEdit uses 3rd party component VirtualTreeView to display left and right 
trees, so it is a glitch outside of xEdit source code.

p.s. The latest version is 3.0.29
