"Show All" Hidden Flag not recognized. #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Either load PointLookout.esm in FO3Edit/FNVEdit and run an error check on 
it, or
2. Create a Map Marker In the Geck and tag the "Show All" Hidden box, then load 
it and run an error check.
3. Receive the following error:

What is the expected output?
No errors.

What do you see instead?
DLC04FF05SubMarkerREF [REFR:0400C5E8] (places MapMarker [STAT:00000010] in GRUP 
Cell Persistent Children of [CELL:04003E25] (in DLC4Pointlookout "Point 
Lookout" [WRLD:04000802] at 0,0))
     REFR \ Map Marker \ FNAM - Flags -> <Unknown: 2>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.32 r1579 Win7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I think I tagged this ages ago, or I've mistaken this site for another.
