Assertion error when doing "copy to selected" on the Record Flags field.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up any ESP.
2. Duplicate several of the same kind of record into a new file.
3. Select them all, make a change to the record flags field.
4. Right click->Copy to Selected.

What is the expected output?
The operation should complete itself.

What do you see instead?
An assertion error. (see attachments)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.33 rv1621
