Unknown 13 for Challenges solved. #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Scripted Challenge in the GECK.
2. Checking the Challenge with the Check for errors command.
3. The program will kick back an error: <unknown: 13>

What is the expected output?
No errors found.

What do you see instead?
Type -> <Unknown: 13>
Above errors were found in :DATA - Data
Above errors were found in :NVScriptedChallengeErrorTest "Scripted Challenge" 
[CHAL:01000ADD]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.22 - 64x Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The error is not an actual error, just undefined data. Type 13 is a Scripted 
Challenge, new to New Vegas with Dead Money.

I added type 13, but now there is also unknown type 12. Do you have any info 
what might it be? I don't have GECK to check myself.
