BPNT getting filled by another field.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Latest test version 
2.Clean Update
3.Clean Dawnguard

What is the expected output?
BPNT VATS target empty

What do you see instead?
Update.esm fills it with BPNN and Dawnguard.esm fills it with BPNI

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1082 on Windows 7 64

Please provide any additional information below.
I kinda remember this getting fixed before. I am wrong ?

Dawnguard.esm actually has that skeleton.nif in VATS target without any 
cleaning, I also searched for "BPNT" in hex editor and indeed it is there in 
BPNT. The same is for Update.esm.
So I don't see any problems. Or maybe I missed something too?

My bad, I was sure I was comparing update.esm to a copy of it and not 
update.esm and dawnguard.esm
