vld crashes on windows 10 2004 #1

this is likely due to ntdll loader needing a fix, this previous commit that fixed a similar issue is https://github.com/razor950/vld/commit/e2577d829adf91c59c7233a6a059c077594df75c

I don't have time to figure this out at the moment. I will return to this when I would like to use VLD in a project.
