After SBI mergers SBTR now has new IFCS codes #22

The by-bank list does not take into account new IFSC codes that all SBTR branches now have transitioned to. The SBIN0070001... series

The list was updated yesterday I think. Will be pushing out a new release this weekend

So the RBI website seems to be giving a 503 to the CI server:
