I looked up why exactly this is happening, and it's because the 4 letter code issued to Doha Bank is OIBA (https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/nach/live-members/live-banks).
OIBA is actually used by HSBC Bank Oman: https://ifsc.razorpay.com/OIBA0000001
Since both banks seem to be sharing a code, the code assumes that DOHB0000001 is really a OIBA branch (thus HSBC), while in reality - it is the other way around since HSBC Bank Oman sold its assets to Doha Bank.

Hi,
The IFSC code DOHB0000001 belongs to Doha Bank, Rtgs-Ho branch(source: RBI), but in the list, it has been associated with HSBC Bank Oman S.A.O.G IMPS branch.
Also, there are other wrong assignments of IFSC codes and other details ie. HDFC0CMPLTB -> Madanapalle Co-operative Town Bank , HDFC0CMUDCB -> Madheshwari Urban Development Co-operative Bank etc.
