Difference in banks.json and banknames.json #296

In v2.0.8, changes were added to bank codes for certain banks. In banknames.json both the old code and new code is present while in banks.json only the new code is present. Is there any reason to keep both old and new names of the banks? Example code is TETX and TTCB.
