We need to do a new release:

SBI New IFSC codes.
Updates from https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=2009 (13th/15th December is RBI update/publish date)
Use the RTGS list of IFSC codes

RTGS list of IFSC codes is via https://rbi.org.in/scripts/FAQView.aspx?Id=65 (see excel sheet links).

We should add this to our list of sheets.
