UPI tab not visible!!!! #372

as i said except UPI Payments all payment options are visible like cards, netbanking n all when i click on pay....... i have taken the same code from razor pay docs. i m using springboot for serverside code

same issue. expecially when trying to pay via mobile, UPI option is not showing, but when using desktop UPI is showing

@Rahat95 @padeepz This issue is very intermittent and very much related to the account settings. Would request you folks to create a support ticket from your respective Razorpay Dashboards. This way we will be able to help on a much personal level and resolve the issue with a shorter turnaround.

UPI mode would not be available unless you see 'Payment Methods' tab on your dashboard in 'Account and settings' option on the left. And that is available after submitting your KYC details. You don't have to wait for it to be verified, but need to complete it and 'Payment Methods' tab will be available. After that refresh your app and UPI option will show up.

@piyush-ramnani @vivekshindhe in my dashboard-->accounts and setting---> UPI it is shown as activated in payment pages i open url in my desktop it is showing upi/qr payment modes , the same link if i open in my mobile device the upi/qr method is missing. i even raised multiple support tickets , they are closing it without resolving or its been 2 weeks still no reply . i shared screenshot , even shared video ,still no reply. i think razorpay is hiding some regulatory issue and not informing customers

@padeepz can you share the ticket ID for the tickets you've raised on the dashboard? Will get this checked internally.

@padeepz This should be resolved. I'm able to get the UPI applications for your MID. can you please check?

@vivekshindhe yes, thanks a lot . UPI is working now in mobile. i really had this issue for 6+ months.
