feat!: migrated plugin to flutter 3.19 template

Changes

Updated .gitignore files according to new template
Unchecked local config(which should not be version controlled) files from version control (About 100 to 150 files)
Added new template code analysis files
Updated android build.gradle template
Added support for AGP 8
Updated whole example app to latest Flutter 3.19 Template
Refactored and cleaned example app main.dart file code
Updated code to follow Dart 3 specifications
Removed unnecessary/deprecated flutter.jar file
Updated dependencies to latest
Replaced deprecated code with new recommended ones

Below is a Screen recording with actual successful payment on Android and iOS devices. Also checks event handler for payment cancel.
