DB upgrade fix. #479

Note :- Please follow the below points while attaching test cases document link below:

- If label Tested is added then test cases document URL is mandatory.

- Link added should be a valid URL and accessible throughout the org.

- If the branch name contains hotfix / revert by default the BVT workflow check will pass.

please provide any JIRA ticket or documentation URL in the PR description so that it is easier to understand the issue before reviewing the PR

@yashgit891 , Please get it tested once with anyone Abdul or Rohit. Also callout if there is any dependency of any older version in release.

Tested with Rohit for four scenarios:-

Don't find any dependency on older version now that upgrade is fixed.
