For Simple Subscription products, the "Stop renewing after" has an option value of "Do not stop until cancelled". At this time, user cannot select this option because Razorpay does not support perpetual subscriptions.
Could you please consider this as a feature request to map this selection to Razorpay's 99 years? That way, users can select this option inside WooCommerce while using Razorpay payment gateway.
