Razorpay Woocommerce Integration Error! #166

I have created an account on Razorpay 2 days back (20/09/2020). I have submitted all the documents required and is awaiting for KYC approval. The access to the Live mode has been provided also to the test mode. I have also done the integration to the woocommerce store as guided by the documentation provided by the razorpay team (https://razorpay.com/docs/payment-gateway/ecommerce-plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce-pg/#step-1-install-plugin) . And on the backend on my store it is showing that the plugin is installed and activated also on the woocommerce i have enabled the razor pay payment option.

But the problem here that arise is in the checkout page i am getting the option to pay via razorpay but when i click on it and then clicking on pay then no action is taking place. No payment box is being opened. version of the wordpress and woocommerce is above the given criteria.

Please help me out on this.

On the other hand i have plugin for payumone installed and it is working completely fine.

@Sayem-Ansari Would it be possible to share a URL where we can test to see the error you're facing? You can also share your merchant ID.

Thanks a lot for replying back.

https://www.casafurnishing.in/checkout/ : url to select the payment option. (First you need to add some product to the cart for checkout.)

I dont think providing merchant id is Safe !

@Sayem-Ansari Merchant IDs are public attributes, meaning you can share them without fear. They allow no access to restricted resources. The only part of your account config that needs to be treated as confidential is your API key secret. So no worries.
