I am not able to run even the 'rspec' tests right now, because my development environment is a horrid nightmare. I'm going to have to reinstall the OS tomorrow anyway, because we need to move off of CentOS and onto pure RedHat, so maybe I can get my dev environment straightened out.

In the mean time, this is my best guess for how to move forward. As stated in the issues #134 and #135 feel free to make use of whatever of this works for you.
