Hello, How we can change Target Hosts? Or specify some? Also, how we can change main page template? I want to add logo and link to home page, or some other text and I'm curious how I can do it. Thanks

different domains need to be mentioned in service.yml like this https://github.com/razum2um/lurker/blob/master/features/multidomain_support.feature#L25L26
custom main page is possible with lurker convert -c index.md e.g. example app does it here https://github.com/razum2um/lurker/blob/master/tasks/generate.rake#L92
