I'm glad it was helpful! I cannot help you with that, just print and mail your application to USCIS (or to the nearest US consulate if you live abroad. )
Thanks Razvan for your help. I have prepared my draft petition letter. The letter along with all the evidences are close to 500+ pages long and I'm guessing that the final version would be much longer. I'm wondering how to keep all the pages together! How did you manage it?
Sorry for flipping between too many topics. In the uscis website it is mentioned that, "If you are filing Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, by itself, see the table below for the filing locations". https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-140-immigrant-petition-for-alien-worker
I'm living in India and will apply from India. So do you have any idea to which location I must courier all the docs? Should I send it to the USCIS office in Lewisville/Chicago or the consulate in India? I tired asking this query to the USCIS helpdesk, but no help!!!
Not sure, but post on reddit on r/USCIS, there's many other people filing EB1 and EB2s there, and they can help you.
Hi Razvan, I have gone thru your self petition docs and it gave me the confidence to do the same. Could you please help me if the petition letter, exhibits, and other supporting docs must be couriered to the USCIS or is there an option to upload everything to their online website (I'm from India and currently living in India). Sorry if the question is dumb!
