All image formats supported in skin (JPG,GIF,PNG, etc.)
This may already be supported if so please close this FR.
I like to see all image formats supported in XBMC skin
(JPG, JPEG,GIF,PNG,BMP, etc.)
Currently some are jpg renamed to PNG & vice versa.
Be nice is if the XBMC GUI only searched for first name
and not the extention (so the extention could be any
supported image format with the right extention):
XBMC GUI should look in the media foler for:
app.
background.
background-applications.
background-music.
background-pictures.
background-settings.
background-start.
background-videos.
and so on, then it would not mather if background-
videos.* was named background-videos.png or
background-videos.jpg or background-videos.gif or
background-videos.bmp ...the GUI would try to load it
anyway and if the format is supported it would just
diplay it. Of couse if the file was named background-
videos.png then it would probebely have to be a try PNG
file and follow that standard, same if it was named JPG
or GIF.
