GIF, PNG & BMP (etc.) thumbnails support.

This function might already be in XBMC, if so pls close FR.

The 'old' XBMP picture viewer only generate thumbnails of JPG/JPEG pictures, not creating them for GIF, PNG or BMP. So it would be great if thumbnail support for all XBMC's supported image/picture formats be added =)
