Add Harvard Key authentication option #148

Pending conversations with HMS IT. This will solve the personal device and 1-hour refreshing token situation, since most HMS-specific sites are authenticated with Harvard Key. People can choose to stay logged in for 30 days with Harvard Key.

Changed the title to reflect the fact that email authentication will still work, for those users that do not have a HarvardKey.
