Update peer-to-peer search of institutional affiliations to search PCE Site as well as hospitals #231

Currently institutional affiliations only searched "hospitals where I've completed rotations". Open question: are PCE Site options different from institutional affiliations?

In the search feature, institutional affiliations should pull up both "hospitals where I've completed rotations" and "PCE site" options. Essentially, where someone does their clinical year (PCE) is a hospital where they've completed rotations. The PCE site denotes where they've done the majority of their clinical rotations.
