When page loads, multiselect displays not styled in it's open boxes first, then finally is styled. #314

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
I am using the multiselector with checkboxes, under this header: Function for 
formatting the displayed text. I have styled it so it has a black background, 
white text, white arrow.

I notice when the page loads, or go away and come back, that the it looks as 
the "naked selector" shows, which shows the first several options of the 
multi-select as standard HTML would show.

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect it to be as is should. Display just the drop down and not show any 
options.
