Added 3d printed holder #194

Had a lot of parasides and the need for orginizing. Made a simple desk holder for 10 pcbs. Quick print, easy make.

Added a "Accesories" to the Readme and a like to the printfiles.

@rbaron should be fine now. I deleted the model file, as the model lives in printables and can be fixed, updates etc. there.
