Add kitspace.yaml and BOM #3

Hi, I thought this would be a neat project to add a kitspace.org page for. Kitspace tries to make it easier for people to re-build OSHW electronics projects.

I've added the necessary files. I generated a BOM from the kicad_pcb and used the bom-builder to make it "purchaseable". Here is a preview of what the page would look like.

If you are happy to add the page just merge this. The page will keep updating with your repo in the future (every 3 hours or so).

Hi @kasbah,

Thanks for your contribution and for the kind words! I really appreciate it. I currently have mixed feelings about this w-parasite project. Let me explain.

This was the first prototype I put together when learning about these types of soil moisture sensors. I think it works kinda of okay, but there are some caveats that might upset people who buy it without context: the ESP32 is kind of too power hungry for the LIR2450. We're running effectively outside of the specs, so I wouldn't feel super comfortable endorsing this as a "product" to the general public.

While this has been a nice experiment, I've move on to what I think it's a better solution (the b-parasite), and I'm no longer maintaining or recommending people to use w-parasite.

I hope that makes sense. I will make it clearer on the README.
