Use only mplayer config #496

It's an enhancement.

It will be very useful to let gnome-mplayer use ONLY mplayer options from 
~/.mplayer/config and ignore all options set in Preferences. For example,

$ gnome-mplayer --use-only-mplayer-config file.mov

In some cases it is useful to have one config for mplayer. For now we should 
configure cache size (or other mplayer options) in two different places: in 
mplayer's config and in gnome-mplayer's Preferences.
