Some chars are not displayed in ISO-8859-15 mode #555

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open file with ISO-8859-15 subtitles
2. Search for a line with a question or an exclamation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If there's a question like "¿Cómo estás?" you get: "?Cómo estás?"
Same with exclamations "¡Noooo!" you get "!Noooo!"
This bug doesn't happen with regular mplayer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm running Debian Sid. Gnome-mplayer's version is 1.0.4

Regards.

Can you attach a sample file to this email so that I can debug this issue?

There you have the subtitles for "Rear Window".

Also, another minor thing is this char not being able to be reproduced: ♪

Totem has no problem showing that music note, however "regular" mplayer does.
I'll attach the subtitles of "Soul Power" so you can check that out too.

Regards.

All you need to do to make this work is to change the subtitle file encoding to
ISO-8859-15 in Edit->Preferences Subtitles.

See the attached files which show it working and the configuration option.
