Resize the player will cause all window's title bar disappeared. #630

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize the player on the corner
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window's title bar disappeared and sometimes even crash the X-display

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.04 on Linux Mint

I have to admit I have not seen this one although I am not exactly sure what 
you mean by resize the player on the corner. Are you meaning that you grab the 
players window corner and resize it? However, the version you are using is a 
little out of date. Could you upgrade to 1.0.6?

You may need to set the preference "enable-global-menu" to true. The code tries 
to detect this option, but may get it wrong in some cases. So setting this flag 
helps the code work correctly in this case.
