Up for discussion:

Agreement: we should exclude eskimo from any of the computer adaptive test.
Debate: Should we exclude it from the full PNT or provide an option to include (Exclude by default)

Note: may need to rename image files from (for example) "slide1.png" to "pumpkin.png"

Eskimo is no excluded by default with an option to include it for the 175 item test only. No need to rename image so far...
