Thanks! And by the way, I recall that you added new C++ code for the models that were lacking it. Are those additions ready to be merged? If so, feel free to send another pull request.

I have a few converted to C++ and also some other bugfixes/improvements. I will split them up into a couple pull requests. Just need to add some tests.

That's great. I'm going to bump the version number to a pre-release state.
