Fixes #164.

This wraps up my wishlist of things for 1.0. Anything else we want to look at?

No, I'd say we're ready to release 1.0. I wonder if there's some way to give you more credit for all the work you've done lately. For example, we could write another paper to supersede the original Fiske and Chandler paper. What do you think? MEE might take it.
