upgraded most packages to latest except the dependency injection #123

the dependency injection one is not compatible yet with the beta version of restier. I was able to run all tests with success. I tested manually a couple of api calls but it seemed they don't work. The same result I got from the online sample.

Hi @mghz, closing this pull request because it is old and all the unit tests need to pass.

@rbeauchamp, can you please reopen this issue? I need to use Swashbuckle 5.5.3 since it fixes some of the issues I've run into, but I can't since your package still requires less than <5.4.0.
