Allow to force a SOAPException in a SOAPReader #1116

This is the same case as MIRTH-1231, but for mirth 2.x

With the change of WS architecture, the ability of response a faultException has been lost. Fortunately, the solution is very similar to the applied for 1.8

This patch is very similar to the used for the axis1 mirth versions
