One thing I'll add here... I've seen this many time, and you can usually make the PDF render/appear correctly simply by resizing the viewer window. That said, you shouldn't need to do that to make it appear when first opening.

Issue
The PDF viewer that MC uses, Swinglabs PDFRenderer.jar (MIRTH-1331), does not render f811cfb2-56b9-48b5-bfd2-7bfbb95a71e6.pdf properly (The pdf is appearing blank in the viewer).
Steps to reproduce
1) Open f811cfb2-56b9-48b5-bfd2-7bfbb95a71e6.pdf with a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You should see that the PDF has a bunch of data.
2) Now open the PDF with Swinglabs PDFRender.jar. For instance, we used https://java.net/projects/pdf-renderer/downloads/download/PDFRenderer-0.9.1.jar, which a later version than what MC uses.
