Client jars are not included in the extension zips when running the "dist" build task #3224

Since we upload those extension zips to our downloads page for people to grab in case they accidentally uninstalled a core plugin, the zips we upload are all incomplete.

Looks like the first version to be missing these jars was 2.1.0

Yeah, we've actually been aware of this issue for a long time and just didn't look into it. All of the full extensions are accessible from the main zip/tar.gz.
