See MIRTH-1200.
The Mirth Server Manager cannot run on the 64 bit Windows because the jdic library is not compatible. The Windows Mirth Java Service Wrapper also does not have a community version for Windows 64.
The Mirth Server Manager could be made to work if we get rid of jdic and switch to require Java 6 only, which has support for system tray icons.
We could get rid of the wrapper on the windows install and just point to Mirth.exe instead of using the wrapper. We should look into this change if a community edition of the Windows 64 Java Service Wrapper is not going to be released: http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/
