Inconsistent channel group ordering between channel list/dashboard #4193

Under the Channel List, the "[Default Group]" is always listed first (or last, if you have sorted reverse-alpha).

Under the Dashboard, the "[Default Group]" is sorted alphabetically.

So, for example, if you have a group called "[Admin]", it will display on the top in the Dashboard, but after "[Default Group]" in the channel list.
