Would like ability to increase header size for FHIR plug-in to support large SSL certificate.
Some Certificate Authorities (e.g COMODO) are encoding SCTs which causes SAML token size to increase. If the header size is more than the max limit then client side applications would be getting HTTP status 400 errors. To address this issue, API providers have to increase maximum acceptable header size.
