Alert export and import give different results #4241

When exporting an Alert on server 1 (Windows 2008) and importing this alert on server 2 (Windows 10), Channels enabled and partial enabled are not the same. I have created an alert on server 1 which has one channel enabled in the alert and another one partialy enabled. After exporting this alert and improting it on server 2, there are several partial enabled channels which are not equal to the server 1.

Also the XML alert export file does not contain the partial enabled channels. The example below is an alert which does contain partial enabled channels in the alert setings but it is not present in the export file.
