When I came in this morning, our channel for Chartwise was queuing messages. I stopped and restarted services with no success. I reached out to Chartwise who did the same on their side and tested the connection afterwards and we are still unable to connect. They advised us to check our VPN connection but our connection is hosted through the Mirth Cloud. Any thoughts of what we can do next to troubleshoot? I tried to connect our system to SupportNet without success as well.
