When installing Mirth 3.7 on a Windows system, admin launcher is checked and installed by default.
There are issues with it if you don't pay attention to this :
Installer doesn't check if launcher has already been setup - step should be bypassed.
On a environment with strict internet access permissions (i.e. server), installer will freeze and/or fail because it cannot reach download server.
You don't necessarily pay attention to this. It would be more secure to uncheck the option and let user or admin decide whether to install launcher or not.
