We are having repeated trouble with Connect instances eating up endless development licenses, causing the keys to run out and the environment to no longer load. It appears that Connect is picking up IP address variations on our development laptops and counting them as a new instance. On our development machines, the IPs change constantly as we move between networks and VPNs.
