Currently there are following two polling types for the File Reader:

Frequency
Specified time per day

Add a new option of "Run Once"

+1, especially for debug/development purposes.

As far as I can tell this is only useful for development purposes and could prove confusing for production instances where a channel is deployed and started indefinitely but never performs any action. Perhaps there is a different way of portraying this option, like "automatically pausing" the channel after one poll. If that was the case, then the channel would poll once every time it was manually started.
