Channel Statistics / Benchmarking Improvements #3385

We often find a need for improved statistics and benchmarking in channels. It would be useful to find out:

Message processed/hr over the last 24 hrs (per channel and overall)
Messages received/hr over the last 24 hrs (per channel and overall)
A graph displaying performance statistics could be useful.
Queued messages over time (per channel & overall)
Total message sent in last x hours (per channel and overall)
Total messages received in last x hours (per channel and overall)

Right now it is a manual and fairly tedious process to get performance and benchmarking numbers.

I have something like this for the Allina stage environment. It tracks the total number of messages coming in on the inbound channels and how many messages have posted to Mirth Results. I use the data from the statistics tables in Mirth Connect and plot the values using the dygraphs JS library.
