Add local/remote port, address to Source Map for DICOM Listener #3246

Add the port and address variables to the source map when using the DICOM listener, exactly as we have now for the TCP Listener. Currently, there is no way to get address/port of the sender with DICOM.

I wonder if this could get a fix version assigned? I have been needing this for some time to route messages correctly.

PS Please could you also add the AE Title of the calling system to the source map?

Revision 8224: Added more information to the source map for DICOM Listeners. Variables for AETs, socket addresses/ports, AC/RQ contexts, presentation contexts, user principal, and TLS information were added.
