Import Messages function does not preserve message order #3810

1) Send individual messages containing content "1", "2", "3", "4", "5" 2) Archive messages or export messages to server 3) Import messages 4) Observe that the imported messages are not in the original order.

When using the Export Results function rather than Archive from the Data pruner, I have reproduced this, but with less than 100% accuracy.

I have not observed this behavior when exporting to My Computer and importing from that folder.
