Typing in the Tags field does not trigger the Save Changes option until the 'Enter' key is pressed. Multiple tags can be entered by comma separating them, and if there are no other pending changes, it will allow you to leave the screen without saving.
However, if there are other pending changes, you do not need to press 'Enter.' It will complete anything you have started typing as a new tag.
