Transformer/Filter steps copy over each other when dragging steps #4157

I wanted to let you know about a bug/issue I found while using Mirth. When you are scripting and have multiple transformer steps or filter steps, if you have one step highlighted and then click on another step(usually one just below or above the highlighted step) and drag that step onto the highlighted step, then both steps are now the same and you have lost any scripting you have been working with that you haven't saved before making the mistake of doing that.

I was able to reproduce on 3.5.1, but not 3.4.1.

Build to reproduce issue: Mirth Connect 3.5.2 Update #9983

Build to verify: mirthconnect-3.7.0.b2385-unix.tar.gz Test Steps:

Launch Mirth Connect
Create new channel, edit Source Transformer
Create 3 javascript steps, each name step1,2,3 with corresponding content of logger.info("step name 1,2,3")
Highlight step3, drag step2 into step3
Verify content of each step
Repeat test using Mapper variables

Verify fixes:

Javascript content is NOT overwritten by drag&drop behavior
Test Steps and javascript content remain consistent
