Channels retrieved using the Client API have unpopulated exportData #4340

Channels retrieved in the Client API should match what is shown in the Connect Administrator.

Currently fields in the exportData section are showing default values only, ex:

{noformat}

false 0 0 false

{noformat}

but they should have what the channel shows:

{noformat}

true America/Los_Angeles 3 3 true f43487dd-fcfd-4427-abd8-2a40ce35fa8f

{noformat}
