Transmit button J1939 message window #1063

The transmit button in the J1939 Transmit Message Window is not active the first time the J1939 module is activated. You need to reactivate it to use transmit.

I'm having the same issue for version 3.2.2. The reactivation trick worked but this bug still needs to be fixed.
